In Memory of Our Colleague, Douglas (Doug) Tsang
It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of our longtime colleague and friend, Douglas (Doug) Tsang, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 67.
Doug dedicated more than 44 years of service to AT&T, where he was known for his unwavering commitment, strong work ethic, and the kindness he showed to everyone he worked with. Over the course of his career, Doug was especially proud of his perfect safety record—never experiencing a single accident or Job-related injury-a true testament to his professionalism and care.
Doug graduated from Skyline High School in Oakland and was a lifelong fan of the Oakland A’s, Raiders, and Golden State Warriors. Outside of work, he loved playing ping pong and poker and found joy in caring for his saltwater aquariums. Above all, Doug was a proud father of six sons, and his family was the center of his life.
Doug will be remembered not only for his decades of service, but also for the support and friendship he offered so freely to his teammates. He was always available to help, and he had a lasting impact on all of us who had the privilege of working with him.
A GoFundMe page has been created to help support Doug’s family during this difficult time. If you would like to contribute, you can do so here:
